Nelson Computers
All of a sudden, the computer stopped working and we couldn't figure out why. We weren't sure if it was a permanent problem or a fixable one but after asking us questions and taking a first look, the guys at Nelson were able to tell us that it was indeed fixable. It took just a couple of days and the computer is back to its old working order.
Delta Computers Inc
When our computer died, we took it to get repaired (these guys do repairs too but we found out after we had already brought it in elsewhere) and also bought a new computer. We decided a custom built one was the best way to go to customize everything our liking. We had a say in every step of the process which is refreshing because you're normally left unsatisfied with some aspect of the computer when you purchase it straight off a store shelf. These guys were great and very helpful in helping us make the right decisions.
Beatties Lawn Care & Snow Removal Service
My brother-in-law has a bad back so they hire Beatties to come out and mow the lawn in the summer and remove snow in the winter. They have always shown up on time and did a great job each time. We have no complaints at all. It's nice to be able to get out of the driveway even in snowy weather because these guys are always dependable and come out when there is snow on the ground.
Wiemels-Hiros Plumbing Co
We had some plumbing problems recently and called these guys out to fix it. They were able to come out on short notice and fixed everything up in a reasonable amount of time. To boot, they cleaned up all of the mess they made which not every repairman does. They were polite and courteous from start to finish and worked quickly.
J & J Video System Repair
After a power outage, we found my sister's VCR was fried so we took it to J&J's for an estimate. We weren't sure if it was worth repairing or if we should just buy another one. After the quote they gave us, we decided to just repair it because it was a very agreeable number. They did the repairs very quickly and we were able to pick up the VCR in just a couple of days later.
Smith & Oby Company
My sister's A/C wouldn't turn on so we called Smith & Oby to take care of the problem. They were very prompt in returning her call and coming out to fix the problem. It turned out to be something very minor and they had the part with them already so it only took about an hour to an hour and a half to replace the part and turn the air back on. Very quick and efficient workers.
Dianna's Deli & Restaurant
Dianna's is open to serve lunch and dinner as well but I have only been there for breakfast. They've got a great menu to choose from and the food is cooked very quickly. A lot of breakfast places try to get through the rush so quickly that the food is subpar but not at Dianna's. While still cooked quickly, the food was all very delicious.
Guarino's Restaurant
This would be the perfect place to go for a date. They have little tables with candles on them setting the mood. The food is some of the best Italian I have ever had and the staff are very courteous and friendly. It's not a large restaurant so you definitely have to make reservations beforehand but once you do, you don't have to wait and you are seated pretty quickly.
Slyman's Restaurant
Slymans has the most amazing corn beef sandwiches. The sandwiches are so huge you can barely fit it into your mouth. You definitely have to go hungry! I've only ever had the corn beef sandwich here but they serve a wide variety of other sandwiches as well, all of which look simply fantastic. It can get busy but it's quite understandable since the food is so good. Trust me, it's worth the wait.
Panorama World Tours & Travel
My brother-in-law had a family emergency and needed to fly to England quickly. Panorama helped find him tickets quickly and also helped him find the best rates so he wasn't paying a fortune for purchasing last minute. The staff was very friendly and were efficient workers. My brother-in-law has used them at least once since then and had great service again.
