A pipe broke on a Saturday night and we had someone out quickly from them. They had the pipe fixed in no time and it didn't cost as much as I thought it would. The plumber was nice and in a pretty good mood for getting called out as late as he did. We still have the magnet and would call them again if we were in a pinch. We even got a followup call about the level of service, which we were pleased with.
We had to have sod laid in our yard after having a pool removed. Dreamscapes gave us a free estimate and was able to complete the work on our schedule. The gentleman who gave us the estimate was nice and answered a ton of questions from both me and my wife. The sod looks great and we're very pleased!
I can't say enough about them. They were recommended from my wife's friend and the stress level for the kids' visits went way down. The waiting room is calming and pleasant, the hygenists are all nice and patient with the kids, the dentists are all kind, and there's a tv for siblings to watch. I highly recommend!
We were assigned to De Kelley by our insurance and we weren't expecting too much. We were pleasantly surprised. You can get in the same day for an emergency and only wait a few days for a cleaning. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. The office staff is friendly. Parking can be difficult though.
PROS: Wait times
My whole family sees Dr Peter--what a great guy. He adjusts me, my wife, and my son. He's absolutely great with kids. They fit us in quickly and the wait isn't usually long at all. The staff is all friendly, the parking ample, and the office nice. Highly recommend!
My wife brought my son there to paint christmas gifts for aunts, grandmothers, and great grandmothers. How much nicer can it get? They left all the mess there and picked up the finished products in a week. I went with them to pick it all up. The salesgirls there remembered my son and were so nice with him. This isn't a place for little kids but it's a great craft idea without any mess.
The rates and very reasonable and the massages are great, if not better than "pro"s. All students I've had are very conciencious and eager to do well. I've had a teacher sit in for a few minutes a few times, and I've had to fill out questionaires at the end of the massages for student evaluations. The offices aren't very frou-frouish and are quite business-like.
We bought our bedroom suite here when we first got married. Yes, I know we changed our mind 2 times and yes, they were ok about that (only 1 snide remark). But when my chest of drawers was delivered with a huge crack across the top, it took over a year for it to be resolved. Customer service is a joke once they're got your money. I'd say R&F is fine for smaller purchaces but I will never drop a lot of money there ever again.
My sister in law used them for her wedding. We got my son's tux from this location. Everything was ok but they wanted to nickel and dime us for every.single.little.thing. I wasn't too impressed with that. The salespeople seemed to be ok and everything was nice and clean in the store.
We used them for a bachelor party and my wife also used them for the bachelorette party she planned. VERY reasonably priced and nice and professional. Carted around a bunch of inebriated patrons all over Buffalo for hours. We even decided to tack on some time at the end and the chauffeur was very nice about it. Highly recommend!
