A new Honda lawn mower was purchased this spring. It wasn't cheap either. However with the HONDA name behind it, I felt confident. I did get some assistance at Two Brothers Honda.
I had problems from the start with the mower and I brought it back several times. Sometimes it would act up for their techies, sometimes not. But even when it did act up for them they said they fixed it. The following week when I went to cut my lawn and a neighbors it would act up. This happened so often. So I'd bring it back. They would NOT exchange my mower and kept saying there was nothing wrong with it. I am very aggrivated.
Then in the mail not long ago, lo & behold, a letter from Honda International. It said that MY mower and others like it were under a recall -- for the EXACT problem that I had it in for on so many occassions.
Obviously I'm NOT the only person w/ the problem -- so why wouldn't they fix it the first, second or even tenth time?
CONS: Lied to. Spent LOTS of gas $$ bringing it back/ forth & couldnt cut grass!!
