Wylie, TX Sporting Goods 07/26/06: 'Nice new store now open'

I went to Wylie Sports and Apparel to buy a team jersey for my son's baseball team. The staff was great in ordering the uniform. Their new store is nice and clean and since it is in a smaller town outside of Dallas, the parking is no problem. The prices are competitive with the larger sports stores in the area. I will return nest season for more uniforms. Check out their sales also they have always had great prices for their sales merchandise.

I know most people enjoy the luxury of going to the local retailer to purchase things like a vacuum. Well I have to say that you really get what you pay for. I recently purchased a vacuum from Frisco Vacuum and I will have to say it will probably be the last vacuum I will ever have to purchase. It was pricey however with a lifetime warranty I do not have to worry about it breaking and buying a new one. All of the employees were great. They let us look around without pressuring us into buying anything. The store was clean and well lit. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vacuum and is willing to pay a little more.

Ellen's Amusement Ctr

Cedar Hill, TX Miniature Golf Courses 07/26/06: 'Nice place for a day out with the children'

At Ellen's they have a large go kart track to go along with batting cages, video games and more. I took my son here for his birthday party with a group of about 25 other kids. They enjoyed the Paintball games and video gmaes the most. There is a small cafe with the usual foods at an amusement area. The place was clean and the staff took care of us well throughout the entire party.

Purple Crayon is a wonderful place for learning arts. There studio is spacopus with many pottery wheels and learning is fun for all age. They teach classes for children starting at age 2 up to Adults. Discovering arts classes and ceramis are available for children adn adults. The staff is always friendly and parking is plentiyful. I have been taking my daughter here since se turned 2 years old.

Candrell Car Care

I hav ebeen getting an oil change here for some time. If you schedule in advance, you get a great price. They are always quick and the service has always been great. The waiting area upstairs is not very big however there is a couch and a TV with magazines to keep you occupied the short time it takes for basic maintenance.

Only Nails

Plano, TX Nail Salons 07/19/06: 'nice pedicure'

I hardly get my nails done at nail salon, but one time my mother-in-law took me to Only Nails saying I would love their work. And actually it was true! They made my ugly toe nails look so pretty and even my husband liked them. Their service was more than great and the employees are very nice. However, it seems always busy so it would be better if you make an appointment in advance.

My parents went to Hartt Photography to have their picture taken celebrating their 40-year-wedding anniversary. The photographer did a very great job so they looked so happy and even younger in the pictures. The price was not too expensive compared to other photo studio, and the studio was very clean.

My baby girl needed some passport pictures so that she can make her first international trip. Actually I didn't expect much that they would look good but they turned out to be great! She looked so adorable in the pictures thanks to the nice work of the photographer. He was really friendly and got along with my baby well.

We have our family picture taken in Moto Photo & Portrait Studio and we were so happy with their service and pictures. The pictures turned out to be way better than we expected and the photographer worked in a very professional way. The price was not too expensive, and we could have our picture taken without making an appointment in advance.

I have purchased my baby girl's first birthday dress here and I loved it. The price was incredibly expensive but her grandparents paid for it without any hesitation for special occasion. They have so many great outfits and the quality is really good. However, since it is kind of expensive, I don't think I would go buy kid clothes in this store much.
