Taylor Carpet Cleaning

Well our pet had an accident, a major one so we needed professional carpet cleaning, we called taylor, they were very nice over the phone and scheduled same day appt , they did an ok job cleaning carpet, it was clean and smelled nice but they tracked dirt in with their equipment and did not use shoe covers.. could have been better...

All Computer Svc & Sales

Computer sales and service is great... We needed a new hard drive and were able to find one at a great price.. most places we called wanted us to buy theirs or at least pay extra even though we were bringing our own.. Not this place.. we called and explained and the tech said no problem bringing our own , that at least that way we were getting what we wanted.. He did a great job installing, very quick and professional and reasonable rates...

Binswanger Glass

When our window was broken we called around trying to find someone who could come immediatly.. everyone we called said it would be at least 2 days since it was a weekend.. We called Binswanger in Independence and they told us they don't usually do calls on weekends but would make an exception.. They had great service, were there in about 2 hours.. very fast and did a professional job.. and.. we only paid the regular home service rate...A++

Independence College-Csmtlgy

My daughter transferred schools and foudn that they would be having a dance, needless to say we could not schedule an appt on such short notice so called the cosmetology school and they said no problem , they could get us in.. We went right over early in the mornng, my daughter saw 3 different people, one for hair, 1 for make-up and another for manicures.. This place is great.. friendly people, fast service and they all are professional and do a wonderful job.. they made her dance perfect..

Tobler's Flowers

This is an awesome little shop.. We were in search of a funeral arrangement that needed to be delivered the same day.. They did not have what we were looking for made already but the lady was very helpful asked what we wanted and showed us 2 arrangements thy already had and was able to combine them to make the type of arrangement we wanted and didn't even charge us for both arrangements..

Clems Drive Inn

This is a great little place.. They have some of the most unique menu items.. my fav being the brain burger.. They have great prices and a good location.. If names don't scare definately check this place out

Sky Vu Motel

I really wouldn't recommend staying at this motel.. They are in sort of an industrial area of the city and motel itself it sort of run down , you see alot of strange people hanging around.. Prices are reasonable if you want to take a chance...

Twin Drive Inn Theatre

I just love this drive in.. They are located in Independence mo easy to get to and plenty of parking .. This is cheap entertainment.. adults are $6.00 each and children under 11 are free.. during the summer months you can mention certain radio stations and get in for half price.. Definately a good deal...

Brothers Pets

This is a wonderful per shop.. They just recently moved to a new location which is great they have a much better layout there.. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to help you choose just the right pet.. They also buy and take unwanted pets that are healthy.. Very nice business and people to deal with

Hill Flowers & Gifts

This is the most wonderful little shop in town.. They have a very nice staff and a great selection.. When I called and inquired to see if they had anything in a lavender bouquet they did not but asked to see what I had in mind and went right to work on it and had it ready by the time I got there.. It was great and exactly what I had in mind...
