I visit here ofter for my eye checkups. The building is very clean both inside and out. The waiting time is very short, and the office workers, Opticians are very friendly. I complete trust anyone who workes here with my eyes and halping correct my vision. They explain to you problem in a way that you can understand. In the back of the office is a glasses store that has two very halpful and friendly workers, who are there to help you select the perfect glasses.
I currently use State Farm only for car insurance, but I hope to expand withthem soon. They are very caring, and every birthday I get a card from them. Their rates are alot less than every other competitor. They have woked with me on several occasions on problems I have had, and I love their patience and how professional they are. When I dont talk to them for a while they call to check in and see how everything is going, and to me that makes all the difference, because the insurance company that cares, is the one for me!
I have been to Ober Gatlinburg twice. They have games, carts, a food court, a downhill sled, and ice skating. But the tram itself is the best part. I have been once during the day, and once at night. The views are great during the day, and at night, I was blown away, if you want a breathtaking view go on the tram at night. The downhill sledding was fun too, but of your not careful you can slip and skin up your knee or elbow.
I stayed here on my trip to Gatlinburg in April.I stayed in the cabin, it has a hottub outside, and a pool 20ft. from our door. They also offer normal rooms, and townhouses. The design of all the buildings are magnificient, its just like the austrian Alps. The owners are friendly, and helpful. My hottub was broken, and they got someone on it to fix it the next morning. The rooms are very clean seem brand new. Their prices are not as low as other, but it makes up for it in what you get, and the overall location of the Inn, its withing walking distanceof the main strip in town.
I want here when I had a book report for school. Not only did they have the book I wanted, they also had the cliffnotes! Their books are very nicely priced, and the owners are always glad to help. If you dont know where book corner is, its pretty hard to find, because its at the very end of an old mini-mall. They offer a have variety of books, and each type is in a seperate room. I have spent hours in the fiction secton thumbing my through countless books. If your needing a used book, or moderately priced new book, this is the place!
I read this paper daily in conjunction with the Birmingham News. This paper dosent have the best national news or national sports, because the stories tend to be a day behing the Birmingham. But for local news and sports there is no other source. And the Gadsden Times covers it great. They have awesome High School coverage, and their basketball is ok. Without this paper, I would be left out on local news. If your wanting a newspaper for national news, go wit hthe Birmingham News, but its local you want this is the best choice!
First Of All, its not Conoco, its Davis Service Station. It has been around since before I was born, its the only gas station in town where they pump your gas for you...just like the old days. And during your wait, there's always a good convorsation. And you'll never leave before you hear "is there anything else I can do?". They also have a parts store that carries many common parts and fluids. They offer a repair and tire service also.
This is a good store to buy all types of Video Games, DVD's and some accessories for your Game System. They have all the new releases, but some of the older games are abit overpriced compared to walmart. They have the greatest collection of old nintendo, snes and sega games. And they will buy back a game from you if you bring it to them. But the downfall to this store is their employees, they are very opnionated, and not very helpful. I have seen young kids intimidated by what they call a "pathetic game, and a waste of time". Other that that, the store is great!
I have went here on numerous occasions to get a tuxedo. It is in a small building, and its easy to drive by it if your not really sure where its at. But once you get there its a great place. Inside the walls are filled with all kinds of sports memorabilia, from Larry Byrd, to Joe Namath, to Dale Earnhardt, there is memorabilia of all kinds. But the real purpose of Tuxedo Inn if the selling and rental of tuxedos. Sizing is quick and to the point ,and not one time have I been sized wrong, and i've never had a problem! They are always very friendly, and use the best quality tuxedos!
When we first started building our house, this is the first..and last place we came to for building supplies. I saythe last, because they are superb at what they do. They are always friendly and understanding. We hat a portta-potty at the site, and they came out consistently to refill and restock it. They have very good prices, and will work with you over a long period of time. They also gave us several names of various construction firms.
