I visited this facility for the first time for an emergency root canal. They were very quick to see me, I had an appointment within one hour of my phone call. At first, said I had to pay my deductible in order to see the dentist, which I complied to get help for my terrible pain. The dentist took me back, did a quick exam, and said I actually had 2 teeth that needed root canals. The front desk nurse gave me the pricng on what it would cost to get the 2 root canals. My total cost after insurance came to $1900. The root canals were $1025 each and about $350 a tooth for filling. I was so anxious to get my pain to stop, I paid the price with my husbands' credit card. It was approaching 1:00pm and the clerk said they dentist was going to lunch and to come back in one hour. So I left and returned at 2:00 and had the 2 root canals done. About 2 weeks later, I got a call from the dentist office stating there was a balance on my account of $122.40. How is that possible when I paid $1900 UPFRONT on this. The clerk stated I had two visit with two separate cost. I asked for a copy of this allege bill. The furnished me with a computer generated bill with different charges that I signed for. The reason they told me to leave and come back was so they could double charge me. When I refused to pay the $122, I received a rude call AT MY JOB from the clerk, who badgered me for almost an hour. HERE is the worst part. They charges my husbands' credit card WITHOUT HIS AUTHORIZATION for the balance that they say I owe. They never filed a claim with my insurance, they sent a claim off one month later to cover their dirt. I left messages on their system to call me, which they never did. NO MATTER HOW BAD YOU ARE HURTING, FIND AN HONEST DENTIST TO GO TO, NOT PEOPLE LIKE THIS WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU PAIN. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO ANYONE.
