When I want to pamper myself I go to Anda Nails to get a wonderful manicure. They ladies do excellent work and their designs are always beautifully done. They take care to make sure the nails will last through some rough treatment at work and school. The fills are fast and only cost a few dollars.. You can also buy gift certificates for those hard to buy for friends on your shopping list.

I eat alot of unprocessed foods and one of my favorite places to shop is Kimberton Whole Foods. They have an excellent selection of quality foods that don't have tons of additives at great prices. The sales people are always friendly. This is an excellent place if you're looking to improove the quality fo the foods you and your family eat every day.

Ollie's Bargain Outlet Inc

Pottstown, PA Misc. Retail Stores 11/27/05: 'Small but good'

Ollies bargain Outlet is a great place to find lower priced closeout items. Some of the things you'll find here are art supplies, school supplies, candles, seasonal decorations. The people are always very friendly when I visit and can usually tell me if they have the kinds of items I'm looking for in stock without actually looking, which saves me alot of time wandering the isles.

Dollar General Store

Dollar General is a small department kind of store, they ahve clothing, some food, cleaning supplies, a few toys and usually several isles of seasonal items. I tend to buy my cleaning supplies here alot, since they run a bit cheaper than the grocery stores and they accept coupons. I also like to check thier seasonal isles at the end of a holiday to see what bargains I can find for the next year.

I like to visit the dollar stores and see what treasures I can find. This one usually carries closeout stock from other businesses, and they ahve a decent selection of nick nacks and kitchenware. Unfortunately most of the stock is the usual low quality stuff you find at any dollar store and their line fo closeout items doesnt' change too much, so I only visit about once a month to see what they ahve that's new.

Family Dollar Store

Family Dollar is a small department type store. They carry everything from hair items to small electronics to clothing. Unfortunately they have a very limited stock since each department is give only a few feet of space. On the up side thier plus clothing is rahter nice and they always have very cute t-shirts with sayings on them that I like to buy. The prices are good and usually at least $1 less than going to the grocery store for cleaning supplies.

Christman Jewelers

Royersford, PA Jewelers 11/27/05: 'Quality Jewlery repair'

I brought in several sterling silver bracelets that I've broken over the yerars to be repaired at Christman's. They have all come back looking like they just came out fo the box and I can never see where the repair work was done. The jewelrs here are excellent craftsmen and if you want you can bring in old broken sterling silver or gold and they can make it into something beautiful for you. The prices for repairs and remakes are excellent and lower than buying new peices all the time.

Nirvana Jewelry has the latest styles for teens at great prices. They have all of the currently treny items that the teens love and it makes it easy to find items for those age groups on my gift list. The people are always friendly and I leave feeling like I've saved a bunch of money.

Media, PA Home Electronics 11/27/05: 'Game Players Haven'

Electronic Boutique is THE place to go when you're looking for games. They have used and new games for every system available including PCs. The prices are excellent and much lower than buying the games new, and they are tested and guranteed to work. The kids love this store since they know that they can always get at least 2 games with thier weekly allowance.

Stuff or Stuff is the place I use to find Used video games and movies. They buy and sell used items so they always have a changing stock and I visit often to make sure I don't miss anything that might come in that's on my list for gifts and my own collections. They also have other used items that people ahve sold because they got something new or just needed some extra money more than the items.
