We tried this pizza because I was given a gift certificate. We ordered the Great Scott (combination) and I have to admit I was surprised at how good this pizza was. I hadn't heard much about it so I wasn't super excited about the gift card but the pizza was delicious. I have been back twice since that gift card. Take out is the only way to go but the pizzas are piled high with fresh ingredients and is definitely worth trying.
My favorite thing about this place is their lunch special which includes a salad, drink and one topping personal pizza. I always order the mushroom and the mushrooms are fresh. The location is easy to access and I have never had a problem finding parking. The decor is not anything special but the pizza is good.
This is one of my very favorite places to eat. This was the first location and I think the food is by far the best at this location. If you arrive during the lunch hour on a weekday, the parking gets a little crazy. There is also limited sitting so you may be better off getting the food to go. Either way I have received great service dining in and ordering take out. Their speciality are the rice bowls that come in multiple flavors but my favorite is the jerk chicken. They also have amazing salads. The Hula chicken is my favorite. Most of the salads have a vinaigrette based dressing which I love. The menu items range around $7-$8.
PROS: Great food
CONS: small seating area
One of the things I love about this restaurant is the wonderful service. I have been here many times and often with large parties and have always been treated well regardless of my party size. The food is great Tex Mex. I love the steak burritos and diablo pasta. Some of their items are really spicy and are noted so you can find or avoid depending on your preference. The location is in the Gateway plaza so parking is not a problem. For lunch, most entrees run around $10. The atmosphere is nice with linen napkins and rich dark furniture.
PROS: Great Service
I just tried this place for the first time last week based on a high recommendation from a coworker. The menu wasn't large but there were still multiple items that sounded good. I decided on the acorn squash raviolis. They were so good with a rich sauce and a hint of cinnamon. There was also a chipotle burger and salad with a pomegranate vinaigrette that sounded good. The food is fancy but not so fancy that it looses the appeal. We sat indoors although they also have a patio area that looked nice. There are beautiful paintings on the wall the decorations are fun and well placed. The lunch menu ranged around $10 an entree. I thought it would be a fun new place to meet friends on a Friday night. They also serve sweet potato chips that were so good, I was thinking about them for days. For a downtown restaurant I didn't think parking was difficult. I will be returning.
My friend has had her car stolen twice - same car. This shop preformed the repairs both times. She was very pleased with the results. The first time, the car was less than a year old and you couldn't even tell it had been through so much damage. The second time there was less damage and she needed the car back quickly. The shop was great at working with her to get it back as soon as possible.
When our truck was hit by another truck, the insurance company came very close to totaling the truck. When they didn't we took the truck here. Because of the damage, the repair took about a month which felt like forever. The truck was beautiful when we got it back. It was such a relief because our truck was brand new and we had only owned it for six months when we were hit. They were very easy to work with and we owned the truck for four more years with no problems. Great end result.
Although I haven't personally built a home with this company, two of my friends have. They both have large beautiful homes. This company tends to specialize in the high end homes. They were allowed a lot of input on the features of their homes which made the home very custom. My personal experience is only with the end result which is beautiful but my friend did say they were a great builder and easy to work with. They recommended them to me and after seeing their homes, I can see why.
The thing that I love the most about this shop is the location. They are located in the downtown library which I just think contributes to the English feel. Because it is the library it is usually quite and serene here. You can pick up some beautiful flowers or other gift type items. Parking is free under the library for the first half hour and then is quite reasonable after that.
PROS: great location
Gygi has the most beautiful showroom of appliances. They moved to this new location a few years ago and the new building is beautiful. I found the sales people to be very helpful and actually know the products. Especially in the current market, I really appreciate true customer service. That seems to be getting harder and harder to find. Well there is plenty of good customer service here. My husband also likes browsing and shopping here. Great store!
PROS: Large selection, great customer service
