This is a clinic that can take care of all of your animal care needs, both large and small. Nice, fairly new clinic that offers everything you need including boarding. The staff is friendly, caring, helpful and patient. They provide excellent care for both your sick and healthy pet, taking the time to explain what is needed and why. I've even been allowed to visit my sick pet while he was hospitalized.
This isn't the best chinese food I have had, but it certainly not the worst. They have a very nice buffet for lunch and dinner with a nice selection of entrees, sides, desserts. The prices are very reasonable and it is located in downtown historic Stoughton. They are closed on Mondays. Nice atmosphere and roomy booths along with tables. Carryout available as well.
I purchase their entrees through the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics cafeteria and these are excellent. They are a little pricey, but if you like mediterranean food it is worth it. I love the chicken kebabs, humuus sandwiches, and pita with hummus. Friends have tried other entrees and have only had good things to say about them. I highly recommend their food.
I eat here on average once a week. Great family style restaurant with excellent prices. The food is homecooked and delicious. Don't forget about dessert - great pies and cakes. Don't let the name fool you into thinking that it is just Bavarian food. They offer a wide selection of dishes that will appeal to all tastes.
This is a great museum for children located on the capital square in Madison. Lots of hands on activities for the kids with lots of space to move around. You'll never feel crowded here. They also offer wonderful workshops for girl scout troops. There is even an area for babies and toddlers. Highly recommend.
I took my girl scout troop here for a workshop they offered on "Listening to the Past". Our tour guide was dressed in early Wisconsin settler attire and told the most wonderful stories from Wisconsin's past. The displays are wonderful. The girls especially liked the native american displays and they also got to try on wooden shoes and walk around in them. It is just the right size for a troop of young girls to see all the displays without wearing them out. Located right on the Capital square.
My son and his friends had a great time at Boulder's for his birthday party. The staff was extremely helpful and everyone had a blast climbing (even the adults!). We had a nice size party room and they supplied the pizza, drinks, table settings, etc. We only had to supply a cake. I highly recommend this for a boy's birthday party.
This store has a huge selection of hard to find beads along with the usual beads and all the supplies you need to create one of a kind jewelry items. They offer classes that are a huge hit with girl scout troops and they even do classes at local school art festivals. Stop by and check it out.
The smells in this little shop are heavenly. Don't forget to check out the upstairs Christmas shop with all kinds of wonderful Christmas ornaments and decorations. This shop offers high quality floral arrangements and balloon bouquets complete with a personal touch. Delivery of items is top notch! If the recipient is not home, they leave a note for them to call and then they redeliver the item. Very good service.
My daughter has social anxiety and after our first visit to Uplands Associates we have already seen a huge decrease in her anxiety levels. The Counselor met with the whole family and addressed issues of each family member, not just the affected child. As a result, my daughter did not feel like she was being singled out and each member of the family was able to voice things they liked and disliked about the family unit. The whole family dynamic has changed within our household as well, especially the relationship between our children. They are more respectful of each other. I highly recommend this group. We even received a follow up call to see how we were doing and talked for 20 minutes on the phone!
