'Dissappointed doesn't cover it'
I took my computer there to be fixed - they "diagnosed" it, for which they charged me $70, and then told me they'd ordered the part when they hadn't, strung me along for 3 weeks and then admitted that they'd done nothing, including ORDER the part.. then they charged me an additional $35 for "labor." Save yourself the time, money and frustration - go elsewhere.
