I am from Bellevue and I love the Spa - with that said I am picky lol. I have been going to London House since receiving a gift certificate there a couple years back. With their increased popularity their prices are unfortunately more competitive with other salon/spas. They had a fairly recent remodel and now have better advertising. The massage room is more peaceful/tranquil than Gene Juarez. Not to knock on G.J. but there is something to be said about London House. I love the down to earth attitude of this place. Enjoy every visit.

I saw Dr. Runion for *years* and with a move it became to great a distance to drive and decided to switch for only that reason. I seriously can't find someone I like as much as him. I was so very surprised to see a bad review on him! He is a very nice man and always did a wonderful job!

Art is wonderful! It is sometimes hard for a woman to find a car repair shop that is honest. This place is top notch in service and integrity! I trust him with my new Volvo even though he specializes with cars made in Japan.

Platinum Plumbing Company

These guys scam single women - beware! I am writing on behalf of my mother. She called this company because her water would get very hot and was having troubles with the water temperature. She did not want to bother family since we were busy at the time. The guy she called at Platinum Plumbing scared her into thinking her water tank could catch fire and that he was on his way. He gave her a 50 gallon 6 year tank (electric) with cheap steel/galvanized pipes and parts. Yes, it was her fault for signing so quick *BUT* when she realized that it was $1,600 (not including tax) she called family and friends and found (of course) she was being greatly over-charged. She asked if it was too late to get out of the contract (he was just about to start the job) and he said he would have to charge her half if she were to back out now. He barely started! There were two guys and she not only felt she was committed at this point (by contract) but she was also intimidated to cause problems since she was alone. When I called on the phone I could hear a guy in the background - he was saying that he charges what everyone else charges in the area (not true) I had my tank replaced recently and also called around and even other plumbers were saying that my mom was being over-charged by a lot. I later talked to the plumber (w/Platinum Plumbing) he was very rude. People are usually in an emergency situation when calling a plumber - it is sad they can take advantage of peoples unfortunate situations and get away with it. So, beware of this company it *greatly* over-charges. If every plumber was charged what he was most people would quit their jobs to become plumbers! Two thumbs down to these guys.

PROS: arrives quick (due to no work? lol)
CONS: greatly overpriced!!!
