'It was an accident, but....'
We had a bad experience at Lucky Dog. They washed the dog and burned her eyes with dish detergent which ended up costing us $100 at the vet. The woman felt horrible and apologized, but then charged my husband for the grooming anyway. I just can't take my puppy back there after that.
