Cici Nails

I used CiCi Nails only once. And I won't be back. I usually go to Beauty Brands for my pedicures. This one time when I needed to get one done right away, I decided I would try CiCi's.

The person doing my pedicure tried to use an emory board on me that had obviously been used on others. I told her not to use it, and she told me that it had only been used 3 times before. Like I care!

I noticed the tub next to mine was being wiped out instead of filled and sanitized. Other customers who were waiting for their toe nails to dry had used toe seperaters between their toes! When they were finished, the attendant took them and put them in a box for re-use! Ugh!

I left as fast as possible. Nasty place to be sure. I will never use the services of these people again. It's better to pay a little more, and have something done correctly, as well as within the guidelines of Missouri's laws.

Mar-Beck Appliance Parts & Svc

I like Mar Beck. The hours they keep aren't the best, but I can work around that.

I like that I can find most replacement parts when I need them. Good place to take care of things of that nature.

When I first moved to Kansas City, finding a dentist that I liked was something important to me.

I've been going to Dr. Ramans office for 12 years, and I like that fact that he takes time to speak with you, and keeps up with the latest techniques in dentistry. His staff have been with him for quite some time, so that speaks volumes.

Coldwell Banker

My first home buying experience should have been better. I did have a very nice realtor, but she had so much going on in her life, she really didn't do the very best she could have. Still, I think she's a good person.

I liked dealing with her broker after needing some help with a problem regarding my seller lying on a discloser. Very nice, as well as professional.

I bought a home from someone using this realty co. I also discovered that the realtor was a friend of the person selling the house I bought. Not a good experience when it came to getting answers.

The realtor was very rude, as was her broker when I took issue with damage that was discovered after moving in. The fact the seller lied on the discloser was to my advantage. I did win the suit. I learned some very good lessons too.

Look out for yourself. No realtor is going to do it for you. Mine didn't, and of course the seller's realtor was looking out for her, as she should have. I'm just sorry that she allowed her so-called client to lie on a discloser.
