Being that we just purchased the house 2 months prior, we told the tech in conversation about it, He took the time to listen and gave us some home repair tips to save us money. Yes they are in business to make money, but they dont short change you, and they sure as hell dont take advantage of your misfortune. I trust them with all home repair issues.
