My son goes to Grapevine high. Actually this school has been good for him, good grades, good extracurricular, and good teachers. The biggest problem that this school has is that it is located in what is considered a "rich" school district. GCISD has to pay in every year to "Robin Hood" supposedly so other schools can have the essentials for teaching. If that is so, than why do our kids not have enough books to go around? Why do we have the pay ridiculous amount for parking, activities, lunches, materials for classes, and even admission feees for events because they don't have enough money to go around for our own school?
PROS: Great School
CONS: Not enough money
I used Ms. Toyer to find my house for me. She went above and beyond what any other agent had ever done. She kept helping me to find what I wanted in the price range I was looking for. Ms. Toyer also took into consideration all the features I wanted, without trying to talk me into a house that was "just a little bit more".
PROS: Great agent, hard working, listened to my needs
Actually, I Do live here. I have had a few problems with this complex. Had gas stolen out of my vehicle, had the stuff stolen out of the back of my truck. Most of the people that work in the office seem very nice and friendly. The rent isn't bad for the space (1200 sq ft) , but there are cheaper apartments that are about par.
PROS: Nice trees, adequate parking
CONS: Power Lines run through, kind of pricey
