1) Great food!
2) Open late! (They deliver until 3am)
3) Friendly, helpful people.
I've been a customer of Milano's since before they changed their name TO Milano's. I've always been happy with the service and the food and have never really had any problems with either.
The prices ARE a tad high but, compared to other places such as Pagliacci, they're not too bad for the quality you get.
PROS: Good food, open late, good location
I LOVE Chinese food. When I was still in the Midwest, I'd eat at a local Chinese buffet on a regular (sometimes daily) basis. New China Xpress is, in my opinion, one of the better Chinese restaurants in Seattle. The food is inexpensive when compared to other places, you get lots of it, and it's just as good (and in some cases, even better) than some of the other places.
The employees may come off as rude or uncaring, but you have to take into consideration the fact that they are ALL Chinese and speak broken English at best. I've frequented New China Xpress many times and have always found them to be kind, patient and quick!
A couple plusses about New China Xpress... 1) They're in the U District. 2) They're open until 1am, every day. 3) They're inexpensive (you could easily buy dinner and have enough left out of a $20 for a bag of chips - unless you're a really big eater.)
I'd happily recommend New China Xpress to anyone seeking inexpensive, good quality Chinese food. And I've never once experienced "greesy" food from them!
PROS: Good food, inexpensive, open late, good location
