Crow's Nest Restaurant
The food is good but the comedy is even better! We have been to many many comedy shows and this one is by far best. Get a great kinda pricey meal in the resturant or head up to the second level bar area and get cheaper food and great entertainment. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a great ped for your children look no further. You have a choice of some of the most caring wonderful doctors I have ever met. My kids were very afraid and I have seen everyone they put my kids at ease. The staff is nice and the facility is cute. Sometimes there are some LONG waits but its worth it for good care.

Seascape Resort
Right by the beach this hotel is 5 stars!! Perfect for a business trip or a beautiful beach vacation with the family. Huge facilites to play tennis or eat at the YUMMY resturants they have. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to ALL. Beautiulf rooms. Only con to it is that it's not right near the boardwalk and all the happenings in Santa Cruz but just a short drive away.
PROS: beautiful hotel, nice staff, lots to do, by the beach
CONS: not right near the city part, kinda pricey
Ferrari Florist & Gifts
I love this little flower shop. You can give them a price point and they will whip up a special bouquet for you. The flowers are always fresh and BEAUTIFUL. Its a small little stand with lots of character. Highly recommend for any event that needs flowers.

A Bridal Boutique
Well this was the second shop I went to. After totally having a horrible time at the first place this was very refreshing. The man (I know it was funny) that helped me was SOOO nice and helpful. He made me feel like a princess and showed me lots of fun dresses. I didn't find THE ONE but it was a great experience in the journey. They don't carry a lot of designers but they have great prices.
PROS: price, service, roomy store
CONS: Store was a little dark, not enough variety
Bridal Veil Fashions
This was the FIRST place I went to when I started my wedding dress search. I had looked on the internet and in magazines for what I wanted already so I had 3 dresses I wanted to see for sure. Well I was told that they couldn't tell me who made the dresses and the designers tags weren't in them either. I found a couple of the ones I had seen after looking through about 40 dresses. When I tried it on the owner proceeded to tell me it wasn't right that I'm long waisted and need another type of dress. Well I'm short waisted not long waisted because I'm petite. Anyways the experience was HORRIBLE the store was crammed and the owner was extremely rude.
PROS: none
CONS: everything
Chaminade Executive Conference
I would say this spa is just okay for the price. Santa Cruz is a gorgeous city and the Chaminade gives you an already tranguil feeling. The prices were very high. I would suggest it if you are looking for the ultimate vacation but not necessary for the price.

Gayle's Bakery & Rosticceria
Well I live in Vegas but Santa Cruz is my hometown. I LOVE Gayles and I wish we had something even close to it here. High quality food for a great price. The bakery is dangerous because you pretty much want it ALL. The resturant is cute and the smells are soooo yummy. Highly recommend this to ANYONE visiting Santa Cruz you will fall in love.

Little Pastry Chef
Well this company came to my kids school to make lots of fun stuff. I think it's so important to teach your kids to cook so this is a wonderful starting point. They have lots of stuff in there facility also and I plan on doing many in the future. Have a fun day out with your kids and teach them a wonderful thing COOKING. Great idea for birthday parties. My kids had a blast HIGHLY recommend.
PROS: teaches kids a great skill, nice service, lots of recipes to choose from
CONS: Facility isnt close to everyone

If you are looking for a seasoned salesman to get your home sold quickly then Michael McDuffie is the man you need to talk with. I have used him for 2 of my homes selling and buying and was very pleased with the whole process. I even got a cute gift basket as a thank you after I moved into my new home!! He was very honest, hardworking and always kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on. His partner speaks spanish so they can pretty much help anyone find that perfect home.
