I took my daughter who was 5 at the time to JC Penny hair salon. I had made the appointment a few weeks in advance ut when we arrived early for the appointment the hair sylist had not yet arrived. We had to wait for 15 minutes until she came in late. No one said they were sorry for the wait, the stylist was dishelved looking and smelled heavly of smoke. This was not plesent for my child and myself to be around. The haircut was uneven and she did not even do what I have asked her to do. When I mentioned it was not straight across the bottom her reply was it will grow in! I had to make another appointement at a different hair shop to get it fixed. I did pay for the services but we will not be returning to JC Penny hair salon.
Conway Christian School
Our five children have gone to or will be attending Conway Christian school when they get old enough. We are so pleased with the teachers at the school. Between our children we have had interaction with dozens of teachers over the years. We are so blessed that our children are getting a fine academic education at the same time getting a christian education from loving christian teachers. The staff is very professional yet very caring and helpful. The tution is a bit high but it is a wonderful school.
Conway Outpatient Surgery Ctr
A family member had knee surgery at the Conway Outpatient Surgery center and we were very pleased with the care they received. The nursing staff is very professional and caring and was very helpful while we were there. They phoned the following day to check on how everything was going and to see if there were any questions we needed answered and to see how the recovery was going. We were very pleased with the medical care our family member recieved.
Freyaldenhoven Automotive
We have had several cars that we have had air condioning work done on them. We have found Freyaldenhoven Auto to be honest and do quality work . We have always been very satisfied with the service. The staff is friendly and they give very accurate estimates. If something is found to be wrong they will call before they do any work on the auto to let you know how much the work will cost. If you do have any future problems with an auto that they have worked on they always honor the warranty and fix whatever is wrong. Customer service is always a priority with this shop!
Halter's Body Shop
We have used Halters body Shop several times for several of our cars. With two teenagers driving we have had several dents and bumpers in need of repair! They have alwasy fixed ours cars perfectly and quickly. Very professional and they give an accuarte estimates. We know we will probably be using them in the future as we have three more kids left to drive in a few years!!
Snip N' Clip
We have taken our children to Snip and Clip several times and have not been very satisfited with our service. The shop is not very clean and they do have a play room but several of the toys are broken with sharp edges and the room is dirty. Some of the hairstylists smoke in the back room and that fills the shop with the smell of smoke and was a real negative for us since our children have asthma. Most of the hairstylists are pleasent but not very professional.
St Francis Veterinary Clinic
Terrific veterinary clinic! Seperate waiting areas for cats and dogs. Very kind and caring veterinarians and the staff is wonderful. Dr. Stone treated our dog and both our cats and we always knew our pets were getting the best care. When our dog got old and became ill the vet and staff were wonderful in helping us to say goodbye to our family pet. A wonderful veterinary practice.
Hogue David R - Christian Legal Svc
Excellent lawyer and a fine Christian man. Mr Hogue is very professional with a warm friendly staff. Mr. Hogue explained everything about my legal situation and answered all questions that I had. He explained in detail how the court procedings would be handled so I would know what to expect and if I had any concerns he discussed them until I was comfortable and understood them completly. He personally returned my phone calls quickly. Having to need the services of an lawyer is not plesent however Mr. Hogue made it clear as to what to expect.
Throneberry Family Clinic
Dr Thronberry and his staff are very professional and very helpful. The office always works you in for an appointment when you need it. Dr. Thronberry is never in a hurry and listens to you. He has a new PA in the ofice and she is great a real assest to the office. The staff is friendly and very helpful, the office is always clean and tidy. The lab tech. is very experienced and very gentle in taking blood. A great family doctor!
Russell Dermatology Of Conway
Both Dr. Shelley Russell and Dr. Brian are excellent dermatolists. Very proffesional and friendly and take time to listen to your questions. The procudures are explained and the instructions for any medications or further treatment is explained. The staff are very nice and helpful. The nurse returns calls quickly and they call back any results of tests right away. If you do not have insurance the office is willing to work with you to pay for the care that you receive. Great office highly recomend!!
