Woodbridge Internal Medicine
This was a great practice in Old Bridge and the main one in Woodbridge but the best doctors are are leaving the practice and they were my favs. Dr. Weinstein is a staple in Old Bridge medicine and Dr. Murray has been around for a long time also. Dr. Silverstein was a great young addition. Look for them at their new practice.
Rainflorist
I can only speak about hair and makeup, but I used Denise for my wedding and I LOVED how it came out. Actually, she did my hair for my friends wedding too which is how I learned about this place. Great for when you are being photographed and need to look flawless. Easy to work with and very capable. If you go to their website you will see how much experience they have. They are also a spa with lots of treatments to choose from. I beleive an appointment is needed.
Ocean County Veterinary Hosp
My dog really likes the vets at this animal hospital. I use them as a vet and have really appreciated they way they treat my dog such as getting on the floor with her to listen to her heart beat instead of putting her on a table. They really care.
Benjamin Moore
This place is great for hair, nails and spa treatments. They have many different massage and facial packages and are cheaper and much more pleasant to deal with than the large day spa in town. I got my Mom a gift certificate for Mothers Day and she was thrilled with the attention she received.
Perfection Flowers & Gifts
My family and I have used this florist many times for different occasions - weddings, birthdays, holidays and even funerals and they have always met our needs. The owners is easy to work with and willing to do things how YOU want them...but she is honest and will tell you if there is a concern that a flower might not be how you want it because of season or if she thinks that things will not look perfect. I never feel like she is trying to get me to spend more. She made my wedding complete.
Eastern Landscape Assoc
I really liked working with Eastern Landscape. You deal directly with the owner when designing what you want and they will stick within your budget. I like that they have a nursery and you can go there and look at the plants and choose what you like and they will tell you the costs so that you do not just have to trust their taste.
On the Spot Cleaners
I have seen On the Spot Cleaners ruin quite a few dry clean only items. I would never trust them again and would not recommend anyone use them. Maybe for laundering shirts but definitely not for dry cleaning items. There are so many dry cleaners around, look for a good one.
Nashville Periodontal Group
I was really impressed with the skills of Dr. West. I went to his office to have gum contouring done and I was very nervous when his office explained to me what they do and what it might entail - such as removing some bone fragments. It sounded very painful but the nurse reassurred me that it would be fine. I only experienced slight discomfort and was very happy with the end results. My smile is bigger.
Gian's Bakery & Cafe
Great bakery and great prices. Gian's Bakery & Caf has a great selection of fresh baked goods. Their Italian pastries are incredible and not expensive at all. The lines get really long on holidays so be there early and expect to wait. It is worth the wait though because its delicious.
Crown Palace
To me Crown Palace is everything that a good Dim Sum restaurant should be and much more. Chinese wisdom tells you if a restaurant spends a lot on the building they do not put enough into the food but they must have not been to this place. The outside is gorgeous and the food is perfect. Their offer all of the traditional Hong Kong dim sum fare and it is delicious. The clientele is mostly Chinese which tells you a lot. My favs are the bbq pork, shrimp dumplings, the taro pillows, and the crab claws. I have been to Hong Kong and this place competes very well.
