All Fired Up

I LOVE this place! I spend almost every Saturday afternoon there. They people know me by name now! I have made lots of great pottery pieces for people from there. They are now offering classes where you can learn how to paint ceramics in differnet ways! The classes that they teach you are wonderful they bring in professionals from Chicago and they teach you techniques used by famous potery artists. You would be amazed by how easy they acutally are! The place is also a wonderful place to bring bridal parties and birthdays! Check it out I highly recommend!

Shoe Doctor/tsd Embroidery

They have really good prices and they always seem to do a great job! I have had shoes repaired there several times I have also had personalized t-shirts and sweatshirts made there as well! Good Place If you have a team like cheerleading or football they are great with making Tshirts to sell or but your teams name on for parents and things. THey have LOTS of designs to chose from!

Gail's Perfect 10 Nail Salon

I went there a few times and everytime i felt like the customer service wasnt all there and the room is HUGE and very UNWELCOMING and above all the nails DONT STICK! Personally I dont like the decor there either and I have had my hair cut there as well and it was ok i mean it was straight, but I didnt feel like she tried to listen to me overly well. They gals are realy nice though! FUn to talk to! I dont recommend! I would try some other place first plus it would most likely be cheaper they are costly I think!

Back Door Tanning

I LOVE THIS PLACE! This is the ONLY Salon in RV worth going too. They have EVERYTHING here from nails to massage I highly recommend! TRUST ME! Plus the owner is really nice!! And the women that work there know what they are doing!! Cute Decor also! When you first walk in the know you by name and each room is painted in a really cute tuscany theme. They also have a full service spa which is the only place in RV that offers it all under one roof! You can even get cute accessories and purses in there! Its definately a one stop shop!

PROS: Place gives you the tan... They have tons of beds for differnet skin types!
CONS: NONE

I would recommend checking this store out. They have great sales at the end of the summer and its a HUGE assortment of stuff. I havent been there in a while, but I always seem to leave with something!

Claras Clutter Closet

They have wonderful bargains, they take gently used clothes mostly named brand and sell them at a super cheap price. I get clothes for my niece there all the time. They have every name brand one could think of! Great for kids clothes that they are going to grow out of espically baby and toddler things b/c they are name brand like I said but practically new! I does have a basement kinda feel like I said you have to dig!

PROS: Great prices
CONS: Cluttered (hence the name)

Goody's

I swear you can get an entire outfit for less then 25 bucks shoes and all! They are really great, its a little bit crowded meaning they just have clothes really in no particular pattern, but if you are looking for a bargin than you are willing to Dig! I highly recommend going there! Its kinda hit or miss if you are looking for something specific, but they usually have great bargains and they have great asseccories!

Brown's Shoe Fit Co

You have to like older styles of shoes to like this store, but I think its a great place to find shoes for the office! I would highly recommend you checking it out!! Their customer service is really good and they acutally care about the fit and feel not like those big chains. Their shoes are priced pretty well too. Sometimes its a little hit and miss if you are looking for something specific, but they have AWESOME sales

Papa Keno's Pizzeria

I love this place they have the best pizza in all of KC (in my opinion) First of all the pieces are like the size of your head and you can specialty make them to whatever kind of pizza you want! They are super fast too! GREAT PLACE!! THe place is pretty run down as far as atmosphere, but there is a cool game room with TONS of archade games that is pretty fun for the kiddos. THey also have TV's everywhere its a good place to go and watch a game!

South Ottumwa Savings Bank

They ROCK!!! They are so personable and they really care about the little people! I love their tellers and they have really good bonuses for Checking and Savings accounts. They also do alot of things with the community such as "Live After Five" If you havent been GO! Its good FREE entertainment! Highly Recommend. I have been to other banks and really just felt like I was an account number, but not at South Ottumwa I really feel like the care if I am there or not! And trust me I dont have any amounts of money that they would be over excited about!
