Harrison Benis & Spence

My experience with Harrison Benis & Spence is that they used their smarts to string me along and incur as many fees and costs as possible whilst accomplishing as little as possible. I could not get my case started for the first 3 months because they wouldn't return my calls. Once things "got started" they bilked me for thousands and accomplished almost nothing. Then they billed me to read my emails inquiring why they wouldn't return calls and/or to check the status of promised work. Today I hired another real estate attorney to pick up where they left off, which means I have to pay a new retainer fee, and never got my money's worth from Harrison Benis & Spence. Procrastination is their downfall. But real estate matters are "time is of the essence" issues! They also lost me even more money than the fees they bilked me out of through their procrastination.
