Lozano is a fun place to take your kids to get your car washed. There is plenty of free popcorn, lemonade and coffee to consume while you watch the cars move through the wash line. Quality is only mediocre, so be sure to bring a coupon (found in val-pak mailers, grocery receipts) to feel like you've gotten your money's worth.

The Welch Road Pediatrics group is large, but well run with top-notch, knowledgeable doctors. The nurses are efficient and kind. For the most part, scheduling is easy and on-time.

Great Clips is a great place to get your kid's hair cut. No appointment is necessary, and there is rarely a wait. The stylists are friendly and good with kids. Haircuts are decent, but quality can differ depending on stylist. A child friendly reception area with toys keeps siblings occupied.

Dr. LaMar practices medicine "the old fashioned way" with no beaurocracy, phone trees or scheduling delays. She really knows her field and is extremely thorough. She also has a top-notch referral base. She does not contract with insurance companies, and patients must submit their own claims.
