Newcomer Academy

Nort Star Academy is a fantastic school, a hidden jewel. the school caters to academically advanced children and believes rather than accelerating the curriculum it should enrich it. My children went there for 4 years, it was a fantastic, enrihing experience. The electives are mind blowing, as are teh school Shakespeare performnaces performed by elementary (YES) and middle schoolers and the Spring Musical is a delight.

We have moved, but we miss that school. wonderful principal and office staff. Each teacher does so much, it is rare to find this dynamic an environment.

Boudreau Heating Inc

We have used Boudreau Plumbing in our Redwood City home for over 10 years. They always arrive on time, give you honest , expert advice.They are available on weekends and very prompt and courteous. When they have fixed stuff, the problem does not reappear like in many cases.

Redwood Parents' Nursery Schl

We were at RPNS for about 4 years. It was a fantastic experience. We loved all the teachers, Margie Lawson was a great Pre K teacher and Principal. Lots of activities for the children in a creative , loving , safe environment. Parent partcipation is required.

Whitebread Donald H Dds

My family of four has been to this office for 10 years now. The office is very well run. Dr Whitebread is the most congenial doctor I have seen, with time to see you and talk like few doctors do. He also has recommended us to excellent orthodontists and dental surgeons when we have needed them.

His office staff and hygeinists are also very warm and friendly. I have never had insurance or appointment issues.

Village Square Veterinary Hosp

I highly recommend Dr Bill Klein. He was recommended to me by a friend's husband, himself a former vet . Dr Klein has , of course, several years of experience and treats my dog very very gently. the entire staff is friendly and patient.
My dog was diagnosed with a genetic disorder that caused him to limp, surgery was the only treatment. the diagnosis and treatment recommended was perfact. i double checked with other local vets before resorting to thesurgery, Dr Klein was on the money. The surgeon he recommended was par excellence too. the tips are very "holistic", no new gimmicks.

Woodside Bakery & Cafe

This place has thebest fruit tortes I have tried on the peninsula. their scones are also good as are the croissants, the almond and chocolate ones being our favorites. it is not cheap, but well worth the money .
