This YMCA is a great place to join if you want a place to get in shape and also a place for your kids to go. The Y had a decent workout room, swimming pools (with a kid pool), plenty of programs for kids and adults, a babysitting area, a place to watch TV and a great summer camp program. I highly recommend this place.
The best thing about this place is that the price is reasonable. Once I paid off my 3-year contract, I can now re-join for cheap on a yearly basis.
However, this Bally's is usually very crowded, the staff is impersonal, and (I know this is a picky complaint) the staff practically forces everyone OUT THE DOOR at PROMPTLY 10 pm. No later. Other health clubs that I've been to just lock the doors at 10.
The name of this business may lead you to believe that they only develop pictures. However, the pictures they *take* are wonderful. This place took my young son's pictures and they turned out so much better than I excepted!
The service at Andrea's is quick and the staff is nice. However, the food is not that great. We have tried several items on the menu and the food either arrives cold and too dry. There are definitely better restaurants elsewhere.
I don't dislike this K-Mart as much as the other reviewers. However, I don't think it's all that great either. This K-Mart is close, so if I know what I want and I don't want to do too much browsing, I go to this store.
However, if I want to browse a store with better selection and more staff, I go to Target.
Last year, we went shopping for school supplies.
1. We couldn't find everything we needed. Disorganized piles of folders, notebooks, and other school supplies were everywhere, making our supply search frustrating.
2. Children were playing with the toys - bouncing balls and running around. Nobody was stopping them.
3. This isn't Walmart's fault; however another customer parked so close to our car, that my husband had to climb though the passenger seat to get in our car. This, of course, added to our already unpleasant experience at this store.
I've been to nice Walmarts; however this is not one of them.
Our family had so much fun at this hotel. The Holiday Inn Express has a little water park, a small pool, a jacuzzi, and the softest beds! Our small kids loved the water park and because the water was so shallow, we would relax a little. The staff was friendly too; we showed up late for the continental breakfast and the cook went out of her way to make sure we still had sausage and eggs. This is a wonderful hotel, especially if you have a family.
I used to love Best Buy because of their decent music selection and their electronics. Now after dealing with their ridiculous parking lot and not having items in stock that we want, I've concluded that it's not worth going to Best Buy anymore. I always walked out with a headache.
Wainos remodeled our bathroom and they did a wonderful job (marble floors and a glass block window) for a reasonable price.
My only complaint was that it took about 3 weeks longer than they said - which is weird, considering our bathroom is very small.
This small store always, always, always has what I need. Not only that - the staff is very knowledgeable and they make time to help. You don't find too many hardware stores like this anymore. I discovered this store after driving all over the city for string for my older weedeater. This store was the only one who had it.
