My wife and I took our 3 year old daughter and new born preemie twins there for aprox. 4 mos. (4 visits).
the office was clean and the front desk staff friendly and attentive. Having a well room and sick room is nice when monitered closely by staff --( some parents don't know the difference).
The rear examination rooms were clean and also had things to play with for the little ones.
We had difficulty dealing with appointment setting, We did not have phone calls returned within the promised time frame. ( typically 2 hours) and On occasion we didn't receive a call back at all and had to try again.
When calling for the doctor, we could only ever talk with the assistant who would relay the message and get back to us.
We Felt rushed during the examination (like the dr. had to be somewhere else) never feeling that our children were anything more than a number.
We were asked if we had Q's and then were made to feel that our Q's were invalidated or that we were wrong.
On a recent apt. for our preemie twins, we posed a "bye the way" question regarding our 3 year old (who was with us) and the doctor said we needed to make an appt to see her...... Ouch !
When it comes to your childrens' health we look to doctors and their staff for certainty, understanding, & compassion. Being a parent leaves you concerned and nervous enough !
We strongly suggest, & reccomend looking for another office for you and your children if possible.
PROS: Clean and conveniently located
CONS: Not the compassionate, understanding experience you're looking for !
