They were part of spa week so I decided to give them a try. The facial I got was great. Even got my Dad to get his first facial treatment, which he didn't think was that bad afterwards. They have a variety of treatments and even treatments specifically for men, which some spas don't offer. Their pricing are comparable to other day spas in the SGV area. I would recommend them.

Vietnam House

I don't understand why my stomache has issues with Vietnamese food. Never had a problem with this place till last week. The food is always great. Maybe they just aren't sanitary. First I got sick from eating at Lee Kam Kee on Valley & Fremont. Now this place is giving me issues. I ordered the Meatball pho, which i've purposely switched from the Raw Beef Pho, so I wouldn't get sick. That didn't work. Guess that's another place to add to my list of restaurants to avoid

Starr House

After reading many good reviews from insiderpages I decided to try it out. I got a cut from Kimberly. She took the time to cut my hair and blow dry it. Normally I go to Asian places where they have a hard time understanding what I want because they never fix my hair right. Is it that hard to understand "take a inch off". Here I came out actually loving my hair cut. She even gave me easy tips on taking care of my hair at home. I would recommend giving this place a try.

Trader Joe's

I love Trader Joe's. I prefer this one compared to the one on Rosemead. The food is great and the workers are friendly. I could just pitch a tent and live here. I love the free samples. Help the Earth, buy their canvas bag and they will enter you into their raffle.

Citadel Factory Stores

Even when they opened up new stores, its still not as good as oulets such as Cabazon or Camarillo. They could use more brand names. Its not bad for not having to drive 1-2hrs. Ever once in a while you can find some great deals.

Marston's Restaurants

Went here with a friend. Ordered the Veggie Omelette. It was huge. It also came with potatoes and toast. The veggies could have been chopped smaller, but other than that it was delicious. Didn't really have to wait since it was a weekday. I would go there again. It is worth the wait. The couple of times I went during the weekend, I didn't have to wait that long.
