Over The Rainbow Balloon Flights
I went with a work group, and what can I say except that this was an amazing day. Not only do you see the region from a balloon in the sky, you are able to stop for lunch or dinner too. Would be very romantic for couples (if they offer this service?)

Willow's Lodge
I received a gift certificate for a one night stay at willow's lodge with dinner for 2 at the barking frog (onsite restaurant). I felt like a movie star in the spacious and elegant rooms. Dinner was world class and beyond delicious.
PROS: An amazing experience
CONS: Pricey, but worth it.
Boeing Imax Theater
I saw a 3-D film here that was just amazing. Seats were plush, and before the show an Imax representative explained to us details and suggestions to better our show experience. Well worth the visit, I will be back!

Seattle Imax Dome Theater
Among other shows I have seen here, I recently saw Batman returns at this IMAX. The screen is huge, and as close as you will ever get to feeling part of a movie. Great sound...

Teatro ZinZanni
Take cirque de soliel, mix it with clowns (not bozo, more adult types of clowns), then add a 4 course meal created by world famous chef tom douglas, combine with amazing musicians, ambiance and comedy. You will then have an idea of an experience at Teatro. The cost is a bit high, but for a couple, it is less expensive than 2 Broadway show tickets and 2 entrees at a fancy restaurant (more amazing too)

Claire's Corner Copia
I have their vegetarian cookbook, and would love to eat here in person. I hope that "Claire" is able to branch out a bit more. I am dying to try her food!

If you like greek food, orexi is the place for you. Be sure to try their Hummous, lentil soup and greek potatoes. Great vegetarian options, great meat eater options.

Northwest Fine Woodworking
If you're interested in seeing the best woodwork the Northwest has to offer, visit Fine Woodworking. They have handcarved decorations, beautiful pieces with inlay and more. Absolute must see for anyone who appreciates amazing woodworking (or anyone who wants to see super cool furniture!)

Ligne Roset is like a modern furniture museum. If you want to shop and awe over the cool new designs,this is the place to do it. You'll feel like you are in a posh New York shop!

Habits is always beautifully decorated, and has a large variety of stock and prices. The shopkeepers are always helpful, and I really enjoy looking at the new furniture and decor.
