This guys have almost anything that you need. Everytime I've gone here I've found everything that I needed for my party. They have lots of stuff too so they hardly ever run out of anything. Sometimes they have models promoting some of the liquor, so you could get a few shots of something for free if you go there on the weekends.
These guys are more like a dollar store. This is not your place to go and get your supplies for your party. I've been here many times when I need to get beer. They just have the basic: Miller, Corona, MGD and really cheap vodka. They also sell phone cards cheaper than at other places. The guys that work here are very polite although sometimes you can tell they're drunk.
I used to go to this place before I bought my washer and dryer. They have small load washer for $2.5 and the huge ones for about $6. This place looks really ghetto from the outside and the inside, but hey their cheap. Go here and you won't have to pay to dry your stuff as long as you use their washers. You cannot wash at home and then use their dryers because they don't use coins, so you don't have to pay.
These guys usually ask that you leave your items there for two days. However everytime I go I tell the lady that I need them quick and that I couldn't afford to leave them there for two days. Then she tells me to come back either that same afternoon or the next morning. You just have to talk to them. However they are kind of expensive. It cost me $25 to get my jacket cleaned up. Other than jackets, they charge $5 per item. i.e. pants, shirts, etc.
This is a catholic church. Its design has a gothic style so it makes you feel like you're in France of somewhere in Europe. They perform masses in English and Spanish. Father Tony is great; I have yet to meet another priest like him, he's the best. Go here and you'll become really interested in the lectures.
These guys have cheap prices, well not really cheap, but a few cents below the competitors. I like going here because it's usually empty and you can get your gas quickly. However they close this place without notice all the time. Sometimes when I go there's no one inside the mini market and the pumps are locked, so you can't even use your credit card to get gas.
This place is good for the most common things that you will find at a normal dollar store. cheap shampoo or toilet paper. It is extremely small and do not carry a lot of items that other dollar stores do. Everytime I go here I end up going to another store because they don't have what I need.
I like going to this currency exchange because unlike other places the guys here don't give you any buts about anything. If you need something that requires some extra work they will do it at no charge. They are the best around. I go here all the time to get change for my job and they never charge me to get singles or quarters. Other places do.
These guys actually just moved accross the street by the gas station. They have a brand new building. You could do almost anything here from buying stamps to paying your bills and cashing your checks. What I don't like about this place is one of the girls that works there. She is very rude to me everytime I go and to other customers as well. The rest of girls are ok. Some other thing about this place is that they overcharge for anything. I sent a 2 page fax and I was charged $6.
El Guero supermarket has everything for your kitchen. I went there once with my sister and it has everything that the big supermarkets have. Their fruits and vegetables are fresh and of good quality. They will take credit cards even if you're only spending ten cents, unlike other supermarkets that require a minimum of $10 to use your card. They also have a parking lot on the side.
