Great prices on bestsellers and children's books. Their books are either $3 $5 or $7. You can't beat the prices. Great selection. The people that work there are also wonderful and love to help you find anything.
I used to come to this branch often, but had no idea how helpful the libarians were until I had some research to do. They went above and beyond to help me find the data I was looking for, showing me how to use the databases to even helping me call UGA's archives.
This is a good quality consignment shop without the overpricing that your better quality consignment shops have. I outfitted my girls with school uniforms for under $50. We also found a lot of NICE shoes for around $7 a pair. OF course you can sell your own stuff there, they're a little picky--like no Target clothes.
They've got some great styles in here, but the prices are a little higher than I expected. The quality was really good though, and they had some unique items which I could see paying a higher price for.
I like Wish because they've got a great selection of clothes and the staff is mostly friendly, but I dont like their prices. Even their sale items arent well priced.
I used Taz Limousine for business client. Taz was on time, professional, and his cars were immaculate. Prices were affordable as well. I may use him again for limousine on special occassion.
PROS: prompt, professional
They have a nice center here and in their other offices. They are really working to treat asthma and allergies with the best medicines nad therapies, but they are not very encouraging about getting past these ailments. I wanted to have my daughter retested for her tree nut allergy because she had had some exposure to tree nuts since her last test w/o reaction. So, I wanted to see if she'd gotten better. The doctor simply told me that those types of allergies generally get worse, not better and didnt authorize a new test. I didnt like that, and I have not since returned.
We ventured here after hearing about Churrascarias but knowing we weren't going to pay Fogo de Chao type prices downtown. The food was delicious. Everything--beef, chicken, lamb, chicken hearts, and more. The salad bar was intense, lots of pickled veggies which arent my forte, but the beans and rice were excellent. We topped it off with some specialty brazilian drink--forgot what it was called. But the total experience was something new and fun.
Ive only come in for their bean pie so far, and it is quite delicious. Known as the mean bean pie, this sucka is out of site. Crust was great, not too hard, not soft, spices were just right as well.
I thought they had good smoked wings and sides, but I wasn't thrilled about their poundcake. Bread pudding was awesome though. Ambience is great for an older crowd, they've got a live dj and friendly staff.
PROS: ambience, smoked food
