I just joined this womens' fitness club and have been taking the noon workout classes. Despite the small lunch time numbers, these classes are fun, energetic, and definitely works the body! They're also well-rounded so that you get in cardio, stretching, and weights for toning. The instructors are great at helping out new members, like me! Carrie spent extra time helping me with a move that caused my knees some pain. She showed me what I was doing wrong. No more pain! Only workout gain! Thanks, Carrie!
