Great decor/ food/ service. This place gets crowded so make sure to get a reservation in especially if you have a special occasion and want a quiet table. You will likely see a celebrity as they flock the bar area here. The food is great, sushi plates are inventive and though expensive, worth it.
This place has such a great reputation/ is mentioned by sushi regulars though the food quality is very much neutral (not very good or bad) and the decor is horrible. Expect to pay for a sushi experience that was not worth the bill.
There is always a great vibe here. Its a smaller sized lounge with 2 floors. Tuesday nights showcases some of the best drum-n-bass djs on the ground floor and house on the top. Im not sure about other nights, check the website. The bartenders are quick and the sound is great for what it is. A fun night for sure.
Though this place is closed down, it was a decent alternative to a night out in the city. They had radio stations playing dance music and broadcasting live from here on the weekends as well as live bands. My friend met his long term girlfriend here so it goes to show you dont always meet losers at bars!
This is a nice local bar where they have cover bands play. The sound is good though not recommended if you want to have an easy conversation, its LOUD. Its a good mix of people and the bar is fun though I cant speak of the food as I have never eaten here.
The food here is as authentic as your going to get in the neighborhood. The alternative is up the block but the food there is bland. Staff is very quick and cordial here and the prices are very fair. Id recommend it for a casual local meal.
Live bands and dj play live here. The sound is good and there is a nice sized stage and dance floor. The crowd is mostly locals and many are from the nearby universities (Adelphi/ Hofstra). Though it is largely a university crowd, they seem to draw local older as well, nice mix of people.
I cant vouch for the food but the bar is nice and more upscale than some of the other places in the neighborhood. There is a municipal parking lot right next door though that gets crowded on weeekends.
I was surprised to read the previous review since I have been a regular here for many years. I can say without a doubt that Aunt Bella's is the best Italian restaurant I have ever been too (and I dine quite a bit, many times in upscale establishments). This is not the place for a romantic date but excellent for recurring ones, diner with friends/ family or take out. The staff here never changes which is indicative of how the place is run and the food is second to none.
This sushi/ Japanese restaurant at the Caesar's Atlantic City Pier mall inhabits a very small space. Though the mall area is visually interesting, the restaurant itself does not offer any sort of Japanese flair. The fish is always fresh and though tasty, overpriced for what it is. If your in the casino and are craving Sushi, its recommended but certainly not if your looking for a fine dining experience or quick snack.
