'They'll screw you whereever they can'
When buying from them, make sure you have a low deductible on your insurance. Our brand new car got a windshield crack only a few months after we bought it. Since its new, no windshield place like Technaglass can replace it without buying the glass from the dealership. They want SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS to replace the windshield, and no one we could talk to would do anything to make it anything close to reasonable. The best response we could get as to why they charge so much was: "because we can."
PROS: Friendly on the outiside
CONS: Cross your fingers that nothing goes wrong with your car...
