'Bad ring'
As an out of town visitor I wanted to purchase a ring from a jeweler on 5th Avenue. I looked at a pearl and diamond ring at DePicciotto Jewelers and decided to purchase it. I left it to be sized and returned later to get it. I looked at and noticed discoloration on the pearl. When I pointed this out the salesman wiped it with a cloth, put it in a box, and handed it to me. When I returned to the hotel and looked at it more closely I noticed a small diamond was missing. I am very disappointed with the ring and will take it to my trusted jeweler in my home town to repair.
