DONT AGREE TO PAY THIS FEE ,IT IS A RIP OFF.IF THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY WILL WAIVE THE 89.00 MAKE SURE IT IS IN WRITING BEFORE ANY WORK IS INVOVLED. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY VERBAL AGREEMENTS, ALWAYS HAVE A WITNESS.THE INTEGITY OF THIS BUSINESS IS VERY QUESTIONABLE.TAKE CARE OF YOUR VECHILE BY NOT TAKEING IT TO LAMBS TIRE AND AUTOMOTIVE.

CONS: REPAIRS AND DIAGOSTIC FEES ,ARE NOT REFUNDABLE EVEN IF THEY SAY THEY ARE

the lambs tire & auto located at the corner of slaughter and manchaca is a rip off, if you do decide to have them work on your car,do not forget your conversions with the service advisor.always have a witness.I have had problems with the integrity of the business,and the manager david,with his employee heath. if they tell you that they will charge $89.00 for the diagnostic fee,then if you decide to go with the repairs they will not charge you , get it in writing,because they both david and his advisor did not back up what he had said,in my case. WHAT EVER YOU DECIDE THIS BUSINESS HAS A FLAW,ON THE WORK THEY PERFORM AND THEY WILL CHARGE YOU WHAT YOU DONT NEED TO PAY.CALL AROUND BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO GO TO LAMBS,AT THE SLAUGHTER LOCATION,NEXT TO HEB.

CONS: they will rip you off,on charges you should not have to pay
