Great Clips
$15 men's cut is dirt cheap. However the skills here are poor. The stylists speak broken English and don't understand basic haircutting terms like "Undercut". I did once have someone who spoke great English, however I had I to tell her to stop cutting and get help. She was that bad. I have been here 3 times as I live close and there is never a line (I think 90% of people know to stay away) and I usually wear a hat. I stopped going this last time when I watched the girl dig a sliver out of her finger with the scissors she used to cut my hair.
All in all if you bring pictures with every angle, an interpreter, and take control of the stylist and keep her focused on your hair... and usually wear a hat... you can get a $5 hair cut for $15.
