Susan cut my hair. Bad haircut. I paid $50 before tip for a wash,haircut and blow dry that took thirty minutes. She was in a hurry to get me out because she clearly had another client waiting. The haircut was ordinary. It was also unbalanced, or "symmetrically challenged"--one side clearly heavier, longer than the other. I had asked for a shorter bob, she was unwilling to oblige, probably because it would have taken longer and she was in a hurry to get me out. I say that because she was untying the apron I was wearing even as I was looking at the cut and commenting on it. What she essentially gave me was a trim, there was no precision cutting involved. I have requested the same cut from other salons and know quality work. I honestly feel that the Supercuts across the street could have done the same for less money. And they probably wouldn't have been in such an obvious hurry to move me out like cattle. I guess it's back to Festoon in Berkeley for me where you pay about the same, get a quality cut and excellent service
