'Chinese food of the 50's'
The food is wonderful. The exceptionally clean kitchen can be seen through glass windows while you are waiting for a table. This is the only place in the Boston area to get spare ribs and lobster, Cantonese style, made the style of Chinese restaurants in the 1950's. If you provide a request for items not on the menu ahead of time, the owner will oblige. I recommend clams in black bean sauce, scallops in the shell cooked with ginger and scallions, the Ruby Shrimp which use to be a regular menu item, and steamed sea bass.
