There is no reason to pay for compromised service and cleanliness when it comes at the same price as most salons. They have a dirty waxing room and for brazilian/bikini waxes, they have one sheet that everyone lies on. It is not a disposable one and is not changed. Also, the women dont know how to do bikini waxes. This is by far the most painful bikini wax I had, the woman kept waxing strips on and off the same area and didn't pull hair from the root well enough. She had no technique for a bikini wax, if youare trained well for this there is a particular way to do it for the least possible pain, and quikest experience. Also when you complain about it, they dont listen or discount. I will never go here again. I would give it zero stars if I could.
