Do NOT under ANY circumstances plan your next party here!! The look and decor of the restaurant is nice enough but doesn't nearly come close to compensating for the lack of customer service you receive from the owners! Nothing they say can be taken at face value as every little detail tends to change without notice! They obviously don't understand the concept of "the customer's always right" as everything gets blamed on a "common misunderstanding" instead of accepting fault for just being plain WRONG! The food and drink we requested for the party was wrong, the restrooms were filthy, and the owners were very uncooperative when it came to table arrangements. NOT TO MENTION hall equipment which did not work as they said it would!! They also argued with us and told us they were "doing us a favor" by providing us with chair covers which they said would be included with the hall rental to begin with!! We were extremely disappointed and angered by the way they handled our unique situation as we were forced to postpone the party (which we did well over a month before it was supposed to happen) due to a death in the family, by having them make us feel guilty for doing so in the first place!!!!! Even after a previous employee had ensured us that it was perfectly fine. They argued that what he told us was untrue (a fact that didn't matter to us as we trusted him as an employee of THEIR establishment) and that he no longer worked there so everything he had promised us "supposedly" no longer mattered. MORAL OF THE STORY: DO NOT USE THIS HALL FOR ANY OCCASION WHATSOEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! EVER!!!
