'Too Many Bad Service Encounters'
I bought a certified used 5series and had a great experience. Every time I took the car in for service, the charges were always the same, no matter what was wrong. Gave me pause. I started going to other BMW dealers for service and didn't get the same price....neither have I had to return the car for the same problem!!
