I manage 7 web sites for a local company, and have found Web Studio Seattle / Seattle Web Host to offer the most personal and top-notch tech support and service. They're smaller than many web hosting companies (compared to the big boys like Earthlink) but they've been around for over 8 years, and have servers in several cities. They respond to email very quickly, and the hosting hardware is first class. Their prices may not be the lowest, but they are competitive and worth the extra couple of bucks a month (although their prices ARE lower than many other local web hosts!). They've saved me on a couple of occassions - I can't imagine my job without them. I highly recommend Web Studio Seattle / SeattleWebHost.com
