Top Tec Transmissions

Hi Folks,
I checked this page for reviews on Top Tec before i went to them for repairs but found no references to them at all. After a 5 minute test run he told me that as I was a Canadian Tourist on my way to Florida he would understand how he would feel if this sort of thing happened to him. He said that the entire team would give my 1/2 ton van their undivided attention to get us back on the road again in 1 day. It was a 93 chev van which i bought used 9 years ago. They took my tranny apart, replaced any needed parts, made some adjustments and replaced both seals. They even topped up our rear end which was low on oil. When we got back on the road we were looking and listening for the slightest complaints from our vehicle but all the way through the mountains and level plains on our way to Florida this tranny shifted better than when we first bought the vehicle over 9 years ago. On our way back to Canada from Florida in April we fully intend to stop by at Top Tec to thank them again for the great job they did for us. In fact I fully intend to stop by to see them both ways every year until such time as we keep this vehicle which may be a while ? 2 weeks before we left Canada we replaced the entire exhaust from the manifold to tailpipe including the catalytic converter and muffler. A year ago we rebuilt the front end including 4 new ball joints and tie rod ends and while we were at it we put on 4 new tires. To replace our vehicle with another 2 year old vehicle the taxes alone would be more than all our repair costs for the last 2 years which may also be necessary on any 2 year old vehicle anyway ? Don't you folks let me ramble on like this.
