If it weren't the only place in the Puget Sound area to buy Kerastase from....it would not be worth it! I've been trying to find the Gene Juarez that a lot of people rave about here, but to no avail! I've had way more bad experiences than good ones, at a NUMBER of different locations. I finally found a gal to color my hair that I was fiercely loyal to, and she quit because of "company issues". Same thing with a gal to cut my hair....LOVED her for almost 3 years....she quit because the company was making her work with a health condition that warranted a part time commitment. I don't get it. If you have a LOYAL client following, who the hell cares if your person is part time? We are all just going to eventually follow them elsewhere regardless of the silly, "contracts" you make them sign. It is WAY MORE IMPORTANT to us, the client, to love the job the PERSON does, not the salon. They used to be 5 star, but now it's just a fancy building with high priced goodies inside. The people who work there are SO NOT WORTH IT!!!
