The Ladies Workout Express at Toco Hill offers all the amenities of the "big box" clubs without the high-pressure environment, the loud music, and...well...the men. This is a place where the owner knows everyone and will do anything to help her members - you can't help but feel welcome and comfortable. They have great classes - everything from Pilates to Hip Hop, as well as on-site massage, esthetician, and nutrition coach services.
