While the building may not be brand new, super clean looking, and flashy, these people care. That's what really matters. I had immediate care from the moment I walked through the door, but it wasn't as much about me as it was about my kitty. That's what sold me. My cat is the guest of honor at any vet visit (I have 3 of them) and the Dr. understood that. I went and spoke with several area vets, and this is the only one I will go back to. The prices were highly reasonable as well.
I took my kitten to get neutered and declawed last week. Both on the phone, at intake, my phone check-in, and pick-up I was handled by front desk staff only (and handled is the proper term). I never even got to speak with the vet who performed the procedures. They were very brusque and not very sensitive to my cat's individual needs. They didn't know who we were when I brought him in at the scheduled time. At pick-up they took my money, handed me some pages and my cat and walked away. No pain meds, no talk of aftercare, nothing. He had peed all over himself in the carrier (which he has never done, even on 10+ hour car rides) and didn't know what to do with a shredded paper filled box on our return home. Meaning that for almost 24 hours after surgery they didn't give him one to go in! Let me just say, I won't be back. Go to Animal House instead if you are looking for a good vet that cares more about your pets than the money.
