Gamberdella Inc

After looking at several bridal stores for a wedding dress in the baltimore area, i thought i would try gamberdella in towson. When i arrived for my appointment, no one was at the front of the store to help me, it took about 5 minutes for someone to come to the front of the store to talk to me...and when the girl did she had an annoying attitude and her tone of voice was completely inappropriate. I had to wait another 10 minutes for the girl who was suppose to help me, BETH,( by the way learn to be more nice, attentive, and helpful....). If your are open to looking at different styles of dresses this is not the place because u tell them what u want and like and they supposedly try to bring u a dress that they think u might like.... but how are they supppose to know...Anyways that was not my problem,...the employees, the atmoshpere, and the service was horrible.....I would not recommend this place to any bride.... Gamberdella's supposed slogan is to #1 experience the unique atmoshphere...yeah okay quite an experience dealing with rude, ignorant ass...(i'll let u finish that phrase)...#2 personalized attention....okay i wonder what personalized means to them....trust me it's personalized too aggravate you ...even when u call them to check availablitiy on a dress they lie and say we will call u tomorrow..and when they don't call you back and you call them 3 days later and they tell you we will call u right back ..they are lying and wasting ure time...and #3 and custom fittings....yeah real custom alright...CLEAR WARNING for all the brides out there in the area...Gamberdellas IS NOT WORTH your time and they do not deserve your business....they were horrible and i will tell everyone i know and soo should you.
