To all of you that are compelled to write your words of woe let me say this.Thank you to those of you who wrote legitimate complaints that could be addressed in a positive manor. As a result of the complaints about Natalie and her dogs, she was fired and her dogs went with her. As far as the odor issue. The problem has been identified as equipment failure and is being corrected. We will soon be odor free again! My customer service team has read all the postings pertaining to them and they are truly sorry for anything they did to upset you. New policies are in place and they welcome you all to visit and see the great new products in the boutique. To insure the health and safety of our guests, there is a zero tolerance policy for the staff. We aim to hire and maintain a well trained professional staff, unfortunately the standards are high and so is the turn over rate. I am doing everything I can to maintain the high standards and impressive record for health and safety intact. To the people that have nothing to do but write hateful and hurtful comments from behind a keyboard. Why do you not have the guts to come to me personally and say these things. How will I ever fix it if you don't tell me. Instead I read it on City Search. Are you trying to hurt my business or help it. I will say that of the hundreds of clients we have few have complained and those who have had an issue were satisfied with the results.If you write, pleaase be responsible and honest.There has never been a case of Giardia contracted at LA Dogworks,EVER! And our Canine Cough record is impeccable. We have had our share of nicks and cuts but for the most part our safety record is far above average. I do my best to make LA Dogworks a great place for your dogs to play and stay. To all of the members of the LA Dogworks family,THANK YOU for your understand and loyal support. I hope I have made myself clear, if you have a problem at LA Dogworks, please contact me and I will make sure you are satisfied.
