I went to this Petco location today on my lunch hour and I was appalled. The animals were in filthy cages, old food was in several cages. The cat houses had not been cleaned and there were several tanks with dead and/or dying fish. I would not purchase anything from this location. I spoke to the manager and was told that someone comes in to clean 3 times a week. I found this hard to believe. I also noticed several employees just standing around with all this cleaning that needed to be done. After being in the store for quite a long time, someone finally approached and asked if we needed help. HECK NO!!!!!!!! I am genuinely concerned for the health of the animals at this location. The smell that hits you in the face when you walk in would be enough to deter any prospective customers.This is a poor excuse for a pet store and a poor excuse for a manager.
