Sweets Bead Store

I started coming here for the selection and I keep coming back for the service! The mom and daughter duo that run this place are so incredibly helpful and friendly - they make great suggestions and will run to the back to get you that perfect strand of beads. Their prices are fabulous - way better than other area beads stores - plus, they have unique merchandise. I love their selection of vintage beads and semi-precious jewels. This is my go-to place for jewelry supplies - I just wish they were open on Sundays and later on weekdays. They are open 10 - 5:30 Wed thru Sat.

Unique Beauty Salon

My hairdresser, Emma, recently purchased this salon and has renovated it. She does a fabulous job on my highlights, treatments and cut - so much so that I drive 30 miles roundtrip on my day off to come here! As well, I'm in and out in less than 2 hours...leaving me to enjoy the rest of my day instead of breathing in bleach fumes - like I did with my old hairdresser! I'm very happy with both the service and the prices!

Everyone is always telling me that I have fabulous skin. Well, I don't really...but with proper care and Stella's help, it looks pretty darn good! Her facials are addicting - over an hour of skin pampering for a ridiculously low price. Using good skin care products like Yonka, Dermalogica, G.M. Collins, etc, she goes to town on my blackheads and whiteheads without leaving my skin looking like a battlefield afterwards! And I can't go anywhere else for eyebrow waxes - she does them so well I drive 30 miles round trip for them. Even though I don't need the electrolysis anymore and moved away, I still come back here regularly. Great prices, fabulous & friendly service and a GREAT job. Thanks, Stella!
